"If elected, I pledge to issue Executive Orders forbidding the enforcement of any campaign laws that limit free speech of citizens."

If Congress wants to limit campaign donations, they should limit their right to accept money and in-kind donations, not our right to donate.

No US citizen should fear fines or jail time for engaging in free speech.
